What's happening at Kamp Kappy today?

1.  I see a riding lawn mower in my future.
2.  A nap is another possibility.

What in the world am I thinking…..?

Why in the world would I start a blog?  I am a very private person and pretty much a loner by choice.  I can be social, don’t get me wrong, I just don’t seek out social activities and much prefer to be by myself. 

Well, you see, I have 2 children and 7 grandchildren.  I would love for them to follow along on my RV adventure especially if they can’t come along.  Also, I would like a diary/log of my travels and I think this would be the best way to keep my family informed.  I am not a Facebook fan so this is the next best option.

Where is Kamp Kappy?

Kamp Kappy right now is at my home because I don’t have a RV yet.  For the past 3 years or so I have been reading blogs, manuals, forums, and everything I could find on RV’s and RV life.  I am not new to camping.  I grew up in Girl Scouts and camped a lot in my younger years.  I have tent camped, camped in pop-ups, pulled a trailer camper, RV camped, and even under-the-moon camped.  I love camping and I want a RV to travel.  I have made up my mind on the RV I want and I’m in preparation mode to purchase it.  I just semi-retired in June and now is the time.  Well…….soon anyway. 

I have no idea what I'm doing

OK. So I started a blog and I have no idea what I'm doing.  Surely I will get this eventually..... I will use this blog to allow my children and grandchildren to follow along with my adventures, that is when I HAVE an adventure and WHEN I GET AN RV!
